    Congratulations to Miss Kathryn Phelps! She is the recipient of the Louisiana Bankers Association’s First-Time College Freshman Scholarship. Kathryn is a senior at Natchitoches Central High School and received a $1,000 scholarship from the LBA. Kathryn will be attending Louisiana State University majoring in marketing in the fall.
