Local Acadiana Boys & Girls Club Member Selected as National Winner in Cox Mobile Phone Case Design Contest  

We’re excited to announce Gracie A. from Abbeville is the winner of Cox Mobile and Boys and Girls Club of America’s Cell Phone Case Design Contest. On March 25, we’ll announce that she’s the winner of a $25K scholarship. What’s more – her local Boys and Girls club will win a $25K Cox Innovation Lab Grant, and her Otterbox phone case design will be sold in Cox Retail Solutions stores across the country. Gracie beat out young artists across the nation. On her design, she said: “Hands of the World reflects the beauty of connection and the power of dreams. As a teenage artist, I wanted to create a design that celebrates how people from all over the globe can reach out, inspire, and uplift each other.”

When: Tuesday, March 25, 4:30pm – 5:00pm

Where: Children Museum of Acadiana (201 E Congress St, Lafayette, LA 70501)

What: Members of all organizations will gather for a celebratory event honoring Gracie A.’s big achievement and name her as the Cox Mobile phone case contest winner.

Who: National and Local Representatives from Cox Communications, Boys & Girls Clubs of America/Acadiana, Vermilion Club Members, VIP Guest of Board Members and Government Officials
